Nathaniel Tinker began his piercing career in 2014 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as a piercing apprentice. From there, in 2016 he moved to Chicago, Illinois to further his piercing career. Chicago gave him the opportunity to work at one of the oldest shops in the country, Chicago Tattoo Company. He also worked at Identity Body Piercing where he held the title of Head Piercer. Tinker joined us full-time at Gamma in early 2020! Nathaniel has been invited to guest pierce at some of the best studios in the country in states such Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Michigan,and Ohio. As well as guest piercing in multiple studios in the Chicago-land area. This has given him the opportunity to learn from talented piercers nation-wide in a hands on environment. In addition to hands-on learning in his travels, Nathaniel has attended Camp APP (an APP members only educational retreat), private seminars, and is a regular attendee and volunteer at The Association of Professional Piercers Annual Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2015. Nathaniel has been an APP member since 2019.
