ORDER OF CLIENT/FRONT COUNTER EVENTS

  1. Enthusiastic Greeting

  2. Check to see if the client has an appointment (if walk-in, is there time today? If you don’t know, tell the client it may or may not be possible and check with piercers.)

  3. Check Paperwork. If it isn’t filled out yet, check ID and then have them complete paperwork online

  4. Check ID (age, expiration date, person in photo)

  5. Check and photo vaccine card for under the mask services

  6. Log this info in the Client Logbook

  7. Only at this point is it okay to show jewelry for piercing

  8. Pull jewelry for piercer, if possible

  9. Initial date and label Integrator, put it with jewelry

  10. Verify Paperwork

  11. If there is time, have the client watch our aftercare video if they haven’t already. Counter staff should only do aftercare as a last resort.

  12. Inform piercer of jewelry, paperwork issues, and whether or not aftercare video was watched

  13. When Client is done with piercing, double check that paperwork is complete, jewelry sizes are accurate, and the aftercare sheet is prepared.
